IMPORTANT – Bleeding Instructions Before Use
Due to potential tilting during shipping, air may enter the hydraulic cylinders. It’s crucial to bleed the jack before first use, and it’s recommended to repeat this process monthly or whenever performance issues arise.
With the release valve open, pump the handle 10 times.
Close the valve and fully extend the jack.
While fully extended, pump the handle another 10 times.
Open the valve to lower the jack completely.
Repeat this process up to two more times if necessary.
If air remains trapped after following these steps, gently loosen the oil filler plug (located on the side) once the jack is fully lowered. This will help release any remaining air pockets.
Regular bleeding ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your jack. Keeping this routine helps maintain lifting power and reliability over time.
Axle Stand Overview
A specialist tool lifts cars and other vehicles off the ground to access the underside. Users raise them using hydraulic jacks to carry out maintenance or make repairs, such as changing the oil or fixing an exhaust pipe. Manufacturers make axle stands from hardwearing, load-bearing metals like aluminium, steel, or cast iron that will not slip, break or twist when exposed to the weight of a car. They are a simple, strong and functional design.
Axle stands are more robust than jacks because they do not contain hydraulic or mechanical parts which can wear out over time. They are also less prone to shifting position under stress, movement which could cause the vehicle to fall.
When using axle stands, it is important to ensure that they are suitable for the vehicle you will be supporting and will be able to support its full weight. It is also important to place chocks (wheel wedges) beneath the wheels opposite the end of the car you are raising – i.e. beneath the front wheels if you are raising the back of the vehicle, and against the back wheels if you are raising the front. Safety is always an important consideration but especially so when fatal accidents are a possibility. It features ratchet adjustable for quick, easy height adjustment and easy of lowering the car.

Yeah, very happy .. Only used it once but great build quality, operates well and impressively light, considering its a 3 ton jack .. Very good value for money and speedy delivery .. Early days of ownership but very pleased 👍🏽..
