1. Order Process & Contract Formation

When you place an order with RocwooD Global Ltd, you are making an offer to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This offer becomes legally binding only when accepted by us, as outlined below.

1.1 Order Acknowledgment

After placing your order through our website or another authorised sales channel, you will receive an acknowledgment email containing:
– Your order number; and
– The details of the product(s) ordered.

Please note: This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.

1.2 Order Acceptance

Your order will be accepted — and a binding contract formed — only when:
– The product(s) are dispatched to your delivery address; or
– The product(s) are collected by you, in the case of collection orders.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, in full or in part, at our sole discretion and without liability, prior to acceptance. You will be notified of any such cancellation, and any payments already made for unaccepted items will be refunded.

Payment processing or acknowledgment emails do not constitute acceptance of your order.

2. Pricing Errors & Order Cancellation

While we make every effort to ensure prices and product information on our website are accurate, occasional errors may occur.

2.1 If a Pricing Error Occurs

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious and unmistakable error (including typographical or system issues), we reserve the right to:
– Cancel any affected orders, even if payment has already been processed or a confirmation issued;
– Notify you using the contact details you provided;
– Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We are not obligated to supply any product at an incorrect price that is obvious or could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Availability

All RocwooD products and other items offered for sale are subject to stock availability.

If any item in your order is out of stock at the time of processing:
– The unavailable item(s) will be removed from your order;
– You will receive a full refund for those item(s) only;
– The remainder of your order will be fulfilled as normal unless otherwise notified.

4. Refund Processing Time

Any refunds owed under these Terms and Conditions will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of notification. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions — and any contracts entered into under them — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
