Overview
The RocwooD professional heavy-duty engine stand is a versatile and robust tool designed to accommodate a wide range of engines and gearboxes. With an impressive load capacity of up to 680 kg, this stand is capable of securely supporting most engines during maintenance, repair, or assembly work. Whether you’re a professional mechanic or a dedicated DIY enthusiast, this engine stand offers the strength and reliability needed to safely hold heavy components throughout your project.
Head Rotation and Mounting Flexibility
One of the standout features of this engine stand is its fully adjustable head, which rotates a full 360 degrees in precise 45-degree increments. This functionality allows you to position your engine or gearbox at the perfect angle for convenient and ergonomic access, minimising the need to awkwardly reach beneath or around the component. The stand also comes with four fully adjustable mounting arms that can be tailored to fit virtually any engine or gearbox configuration, ensuring a secure hold regardless of size or shape. This flexibility makes it an ideal choice for a wide variety of automotive and mechanical applications.
Durable Construction and Stability
Constructed from heavy gauge steel tubing, the RocwooD engine stand offers maximum strength without excessive weight, tipping the scales at just 29 kg. This design choice balances durability with portability, allowing you to move the stand around your workspace with ease. The extra-wide base of the stand provides exceptional stability and rigidity, preventing unwanted wobbling or tipping when working on heavy engines. This stability is further enhanced by the stand’s four castors—two heavy-duty swivel castors at the front and two fixed castors at the rear—enabling smooth and effortless movement across your garage floor while maintaining a secure grip when stationary.
Safety and Certification
Safety is paramount when working with heavy engine components, and the RocwooD engine stand is engineered with this in mind. It holds a CE certification, indicating that it complies fully with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards. This certification assures users that the stand meets rigorous safety guidelines and is built to provide reliable, secure support during even the most demanding mechanical tasks.
