I purchased this item originally but due to a shipping error it was lost. Rocwood addressed this and refunded the money. I ordered again and it arrived promptly. The vacuum is brilliant for the small 5kw log burner I have. I cannot express enough how the customer service worked to get a favourable solution and I would recommend them to anyone.
