Seen this product online and picked it because of the 180litres drum. Got the product and assembled it , was all very straightforward from ordering until we received it.
Adam at RocwooD was very helpful as we live in Northern Ireland and carraige had to be sorted which Adam did all the sorting out.
This is a sturdy cement mixer at a great price and would highly recommend this product and Rocwood to anyone

Rapid delivery. Just unpacked. Easy to assemble. Really good quality: eg the drive ring is cast – much more substantial than the normal pressed steel. Motor of 800w, more than many competitors, should be more than good enough for the large drum. In sum, I’m impressed. Great value for money. Will give it a run out after Christmas. Thanks Rocwood: you deserve to beat established makes with this quality of product!

The mixer arrived last week and I assembled it at the weekend. It takes about a half a day to put together or at least for me it took that long as I am a bit fastidious! It is a very well made solid mixer. So far I am impressed although I have not used it as yet but it runs beautifully. There was a delivery issue and RocwooD staff were quick to sort it out so great service too! I would highly recommend this product as it is very good value for such an item and the best priced on the UK market from a good company!

The assembly instructions were not entirely accurate & the small illustrations were difficult to read, but the assembly was fairly intuitive and it was operational in just over an hour. There were a few fasteners missing, but I had some at home and so it was not a problem. Elements of its fabrication are clearly made to a budget, but it still offers good value against its competitors and it is working very well so far. Making its support legs fold down for storage would be a simple & beneficial improvement.

Arrived with hardware missing and some poor manufacturing defects. Luckily I had hardware to hand and have corrected the mistakes. Seems sturdy and usable now. Had to spend a lot of time getting the gear mesh correctly set up. Not used yet so can’t comment on reliability.

Top drum came bent but managed to pry it back into shape, instructions aren’t the best but if you’ve minor technical knowledge you’ll be fine, took two hours to build.
